carpooling without pre-arrangement |
The biggest reason people give for not carpooling is that they have varying schedules. Express carpooling (formerly called flexible carpooling) is designed for people with varying schedules (and everyone else too). It doesn’t have the ‘pre-arrangement’ that all other carpooling systems need.
Want to know how this is possible? For more carpooling we need meeting places, not databases! View our presentation to the Washington State House Transportation Committee. (January 21, 2009). |
